Everett Station Lofts is 47 units of affordable and market rate artist live/work in the heart of Downtown Portland, Oregon’s Old Town- Chinatown Neighborhood, on the edge of the Pearl District. The 1925 structure was redeveloped into artist lofts and purchased in 1998 by Minneapolis based non-profit developer, Artspace Projects.
TGR acquired The Everett Station Lofts in a $10.5 Million deal in February, 2022.
Everett Station Lofts is located in Old Town-Chinatown bordered by Everett St to the south, Flanders St to the north, and between Broadway and 6th Avenue. The MAX Light Rail is conveniently located on 6th Ave giving easy access to mass transit. In addition, the Portland Street Car and the Amtrak station are located within a quarter mile of the building. The neighborhood is considered a “Walkers Paradise” with a Walk Score and a Bike Score of 99 with seemingly unlimited shopping, dining, entertainment, and sightseeing within easy access. The neighborhood includes multiple grocery stores, including a Whole Foods within half a mile, and countless restaurants.
