Located in St. Paul, the historic Schmidt Brewery sat vacant for eleven years.

It was restored to the glory of the original 1890 structure as the Schmidt Artist Lofts by our client Dominium, in the heart of the revitalized St. Paul West 7th neighborhood. Schmidt offers 247 completely unique and affordable rental lofts and a remarkable mix of amenities designed for artists. Their doors opened in 2013 with 100% occupancy and have become a destination spot for the city of St. Paul.
